Renovation project of melting furnace and holding furnace
In the renovation project of melting furnace and holding furnace, the 15 t furnace is transformed into the 30 t furnace, so that the furnace body is upgraded, and the thermal efficiency is improved. On average, the gas consumption per ton of cast-rolling coil is reduced by 3 m3. According to the annual melting of 26,000 t aluminum ingots in each furnace, 78,000 m3 natural gas can be saved annually. Half of the furnaces are designed with electronic stirring. Adding an electronic stirring device can shorten the aluminum melting time of aluminum melting furnaces by 30 min, thus reducing the gas consumption of each furnace by 3 m3, reducing the power consumption by 16 kWh, increasing the output from 3 furnaces per day to 3.4 furnaces, and greatly improving the production efficiency.

The coal-to-gas project was included in the resource conservation and recycling project of Henan Province in 2017 and the implementation project of Yanshi City Jingmai Industrial Park in 2016-2019. At present, the project has been completed and put into operation. Compared with coal burning, it can reduce the annual emission of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, COD and NH3-H by 10 t, 11.95 t, 0.75 t and 0.25 t respectively, saving environmental protection taxes of RMB 4.55 million. Due to the adoption of regenerative combustion system, compared with the direct-fired tons of finished products, it saves 20 m3 natural gas according to the actual operation calculation, and the annual output of 260,000 t cast-rolling coils saves 5.2 million m3 natural gas, with huge benefits. The project has won a reward of RMB 350,000 from the provincial development and reform commission.
